1. "Can I get a quote when you arent open for commissions?"
Sadly we must say no.
We do not give out personal full quotes until our commissions open officially to remain fair to all our customers, this is why our price calculator has been implemented, to help you save when we're away working. this is standard procedure for most fursuit makers, it keeps things orderly and timely for you (The quote email isn't checked as regularly when we are technically closed for commission, which means you are likely to not hear from us until we go to open quotes anyway!)
That said, thank you for your interest in us, we really do appreciate it, but please wait to get a full quote when we are ready for you and can give you the best service we can!
2. "Can I get a fursuit if I am under 18?"
That depends!
For our legal safety, we can not do business directly with minors under the age of 18. If you really want a suit that badly, we will need your parent or legal guardian's written permission to do business with you.
This is because legally, you can not sign off on any agreements, meaning our TOS can be ignored.
There is other problems to minors buying fursuits, quite simply, you are still growing! If you are an older teen this doesn't apply to you as much, but 15 and under are ages we highly suggest waiting on for a few more years.
Basically, you can if your parents say its okay, but we still very much recommend waiting!
